01. RING ROTATION PLANK

Setup: Get into a plank position, forearms on the ground, feet extended. Place the Pilates Ring between your hands, pressing down into the ring.

Execution: Keeping your core engaged and your body in a straight line, slowly rotate your torso to one side, lifting one elbow slightly and then return to center. Repeat on the other side. Focus on controlled rotation and maintaining a stable plank.

Benefits: Strengthens obliques, enhances core stability, and improves shoulder strength and stability.

02. RING LEG PRESS

Setup: Lie on your back, knees bent, feet flat on the floor. Place the Pilates Ring between your thighs, just above your knees.

Execution: Squeeze the ring with your thighs and perform a glute bridge, lifting your hips off the floor. Hold at the top, squeezing your glutes and hamstrings. Slowly lower your hips back down.

03. RING OVERHEAD PRESS

Setup: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the Pilates Ring with both hands, using either the inner or outer grips. Start with the ring at chest level.
