BLOCK ELEVATED PUSH-UPS

Setup: Place the foam block under your hands in a push-up position.

Execution: Perform controlled push-ups, lowering your chest towards the block and pushing back up. The elevated hands increase the range of motion and challenge your upper body. Maintain a straight line from head to heels.

Benefits: Builds chest and triceps strength, enhances core stability, and increases range of motion.

BLOCK SUPPORTED SINGLE-LEG GLUTE BRIDGE

Setup: Lie on your back, knees bent, feet flat on the floor. Place the foam block under one foot, lifting that foot off the ground.

Execution: Perform single-leg glute bridges, lifting your hips off the floor, squeezing your glutes and hamstrings. Control the descent back down. Alternate legs each round.

Benefits: Strengthens glutes and hamstrings, improves core stability, and enhances balance and coordination.

BLOCK SUPPORTED PLANK

Setup: Get into a plank position, forearms on the ground, feet extended. Place the foam block under one forearm.

Execution: While maintaining a stable plank, drive one knee towards the opposite elbow. Alternate knees each repetition. Switch the block to the other arm on the next round.
