01. BALL SQUEEZE PUSH-UPS
Setup: Get into a push-up position, place the soft Pilates ball between your thighs, just above the knees.
Execution: Perform controlled push-ups, while simultaneously squeezing the ball with your thighs. Focus on maintaining a straight line from head to heels and engaging your core.
Benefits: Strengthens chest and triceps, enhances core stability, and improves inner thigh activation.
02. BALL SUPPORTED HAMSTRING CURLS
Setup: Lie on your back, arms extended by your sides. Place the soft Pilates ball under your heels.
Execution: Lift your hips off the ground into a bridge position. Then, pull your heels towards your glutes, rolling the ball towards you. Slowly roll the ball back out and lower your hips.
Benefits: Strengthens hamstrings and glutes, enhances core stability, and improves hip mobility.
03. BALL SUPPORTED PLANK
Setup: Get into a plank position, forearms on the ground, feet extended. Place the soft Pilates ball between your ankles.
Execution: While maintaining a stable plank, drive one knee towards the opposite elbow, keeping the ball between your ankles. Alternate knees each repetition.
