01. SLIDER MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

Setup: Place sliders under your feet in a plank position.

Execution: Drive one knee towards your chest, sliding it forward, then return to plank and repeat with the other leg. Perform these movements quickly and with control.

Benefits: Elevates heart rate, strengthens core, improves stability and coordination.

02. SLIDER REVERSE LUNGE

Setup: Place sliders under your feet. Stand tall.

Execution: Slide one foot back into a reverse lunge, bending both knees to 90 degrees. Return to standing by sliding the foot forward. Alternate legs. Maintain core engagement and balance.

Benefits: Strengthens quads, glutes, and hamstrings, improves balance and core stability.

03. SLIDER PIKE PUSH-UPS

.Setup: Place sliders under your feet in a push-up position.

Execution: Lift your hips up and back, sliding your feet towards your hands into a pike position. Simultaneously bend your elbows into a push-up. Slide your feet back out to push-up position.
