01. POWER MAT PLANK ROWS

Setup: Get into a plank position on the Power Mat, hands placed firmly on the mat's surface.

Execution: While maintaining a stable plank, perform alternating rows by lifting one hand and pulling your elbow towards your ribcage. Focus on engaging your back muscles and maintaining core stability. The mat's grip will help with hand stability.

Benefits: Strengthens back muscles (lats, rhomboids), enhances core stability, and improves grip strength.

02. POWER MAT GLUTE BRIDGE AND LEG EXTENSION

Setup: Lie on your back on the Power Mat, knees bent, feet flat on the mat.

Execution: Perform glute bridges, lifting your hips off the mat. At the top of the bridge, extend one leg straight out, then return it to the bent position before lowering your hips. Alternate legs each repetition. The mat's padding will add comfort.
